Margrit Mondavi Summer Concert Series at Robert Mondavi Winery

All proceeds from the Margrit Mondavi Summer Concert Series at Robert Mondavi Winery benefit the Napa Valley Unified School District High School music programs.
In order to ensure the safety of our guests, we have made a few changes to our policy regarding what can be brought in to the concerts. Outside food and liquids (including water) are no longer permitted. Guests may bring empty water bottles and fill them at complimentary water stations provided in the venue. As in past years, Robert Mondavi Winery wines and an expanded selection of food from local vendors and food trucks will be available. Ice chests may no longer be brought in, and bags and purses will be limited in size to 14" x 11" x 5", or 30 linear inches in total, and must have no more than one singular pocket or opening. All bags will be subject to inspection upon entry. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to make our concerts safe for everyone.
Bags will be restricted to small purses, totes and drawstring bags only. Bag size may not exceed 14"x 11"x 5", or 30 linear inches in total, and must have no more than one singular pocket or opening. Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited. Hydration packs are allowed but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir.
We have limited on-site parking and carpooling is highly encouraged. There is no charge for parking.
The doors open at 5:00 pm or once the artist has completed sound check. We must wait until sound check ends prior to guest being allowed to enter the venue. We do not allow pre-placing of blankets or chairs.
Gates open at 5:00 pm or after sound check is complete. Concerts begin at 7:00 pm. Concerts typically end between 9:00 and 9:30 pm. We recommend you arrive by 5:00 pm to get better parking and a preferred space on the lawn for General Admission ticket level.
Most concerts have an intermission that lasts about 30 minutes. Once intermission ends our retail shop closes and wine sales end. On occasion an artist plays a full set with no intermission.
Our concerts take place outside and we can experience temperatures ranging from 80 to 100 degrees F. Days can be warm, we encourage you to bring sunscreen; but it can cool off as the sun goes down, so we recommend that you bring a light jacket or sweater. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no refunds or exchanges. Your ticket is not redeemable for Cash. If you have any questions about ticketing or your order, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.

We work with an outside service, Lyte, where you may post tickets for sale or post a desire to purchase tickets if a concert is sold out. This is an opportunity, not a guarantee.

Robert Mondavi Winery, shall at any time prior to the concert have the right to change the opening artist at any time, with or without advance notification to you and without any compensation to you.
Guests provide their own low beach chair or blanket to sit on the lawn. Lawn beach chairs are defined as: Lawn chairs must have a seat no higher than 12" from the ground and the back must be no higher than 32" from the ground. NO HIGH BACK CHAIRS WILL BE ALLOWED INTO VENUE. Seating is in the direct sun until sunset. Entry is first come / first serve.
A small section on our patio located adjacent to our Vineyard Room where we provide you a regular chair (20"W x 24"D x 32"H). Row and Seat numbers are not given at time of purchase and are assigned by our venue based on time and day of purchase. You will be provided your seat assignment upon arrival by one of our patio seating attendants. Seating is in the direct sun until sunset. The Reserve Patio Section has wine service dedicated exclusively to patio guests. May be limited offering. There is no guarantee of sitting with your group if tickets are purchase separately. If this is the case, please email us and we will make every attempt to have you seated together.
Dining at the edge of the To Kalon Vineyard. You will enjoy a 30 minute stand-up wine reception in our cellar. The reception begins at 5:15 pm and ends at 5:45 pm at which point guests are escorted to the concert venue to sit among the vineyard to enjoy a family style dinner prepared by our in-house chef. Dinner includes Robert Mondavi Winery wines. Dinner is served from 6:00-7:00 pm. Guests should plan to arrive no later than 5:45 pm for dinner. Your seating assignment will be provided upon arrival at check-in. There is no guarantee of sitting with your group if tickets are purchase separately. If this is the case, please email us and we will make every attempt to have you seated together.
Margrit Mondavi Summer Concert Series at Robert Mondavi Winery is a fully accessible event, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all concert amenities. Persons with disabilities and their service dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for those persons with disabilities are welcome at the concert, as are those training service animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away. Due to large-scale animal service fraud, and for the protection of all concert patrons, service animals must be screened and registered at the Front Gate immediately upon entry to the site. The following items are allowed on the Event Site:
- Small purses, totes and drawstring bags (may not exceed 14" x 11" x 5" or have more than one singular pocket
- Sunscreen (non-aerosol)
- Beach blankets and towels (carry outside of backpack)
- Lawn Chairs: Seat no higher than 12" from the ground and back must be no higher than 32" from the ground.
- One (1) empty water bottle up to 1 liter in size; to be filled inside venue with complimentary filtered water
The following additional conditions are for guests entering the Event Site:
- All guests and their belongings are subject to search includes denying you access to the Venue upon or due to violation or suspicion
- Any prohibited item that is surrendered to security at search will not be returned
- Allowed and Prohibited lists are subject to change
- The Event and private security personnel at the entrances reserve the right to make the final determination on allowed and not allowed items
No. The concert venue is a non-smoking / non-vaping of any items venue. There is a smoking section in front of winery outside of archway.
Upon the occurrence of a concert including but not limited to, events outside winery's control, acts of God, riots, wars, insurrection of military power, civil rebellion, production delays, strikes, hurricanes, tropical storms, earthquakes, floods, natural disasters or inclement weather (regardless of severity), Robert Mondavi Winery shall, at its sole and absolute option (a) have the right, but not the obligation, to issue You a refund or shall at its option, (b) elect to postpone the concert or (c) cancel the concert without further legal or financial obligation or liability to you, including the obligation to issue You a refund or to reschedule the concert. Purchasing Tickets pursuant to these terms and concert cancellations. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions set forth in this Paragraph or as otherwise set for in the agreement, or if you do not agree with, or agree to assume the allocation of risks that is being transferred to You hereunder, do not purchase Tickets. If Robert Mondavi Winery elects to issue a refund, the Ticket purchaser of record shall be refunded in an amount equivalent to the face value of Ticket(s) only. If Robert Mondavi Winery elects to reschedule the concert for a future date, You may not be entitled to a refund. Under no circumstances shall You be entitled to a refund of any shipping, handling or other processing fees.
